When you submit a form (such as our application form or feedback form), we collect the information you provide in that form in order to respond to you. This information is shared with Squarespace, our website host, to help manage our relationship with you.

When you make a payment, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We may collect your name, email, and payment-related details to fulfill your booking. Stripe may also receive and process your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

When you join our LINE community, you provide your LINE account information directly to LINE when you choose to add us as a friend or join a class group. We do not control data within LINE's platform; please refer to LINE's own privacy policy.

When you apply for a role with us, your application details, including any uploaded CV or video, are collected through our application form, hosted on Notion, and stored in our internal applicant tracking system.

When you attend a class, your session is recorded via Zoom for internal quality review and training purposes. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared publicly or with third parties outside our team.
