We're a small, growing team helping Thai students finally use the English they already see every day. We're hiring across three roles right now.
Teachers
We are currently building our teaching team for upcoming cohorts, including reserve positions and October 2026 start dates.
What the role looks like:
4 hours of teaching per day and 1 hour admin, Monday to Friday
Four class slots, same time every day, no shifting schedules
All lesson plans, slides, and materials provided. You don't build curriculum, you bring it to life
20,000 THB monthly base, with performance perks as you grow with us
After one year with the Archive, an anniversary trip benefit, part funded by the company.
What we're looking for:
Not a certificate. Not a degree. We're looking for someone warm, patient, and genuinely good with people, someone who can run the same lesson five different ways and still make it feel fresh for every student in every class. Fluent in both Thai and English, comfortable on camera.
Admin Assistants
What the role looks like:
Task-based, paid hourly, work fits around your schedule
Handles LINE message delivery, roster updates, and answering student questions
No teaching involved, fully behind the scenes
Great fit if you're organized, responsive, and like keeping things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working inside LINE and Google Sheets. Bilingual Thai/English preferred so you can handle student queries directly.
Sales Reps (Commission-Based)
What the role looks like:
Earn 100 THB for every new student's first paid class, through your unique referral code
No cap, no salary, paid monthly
Work it as much or as little as you want
What we're looking for:
Anyone with a network and the drive to use it. Students, influencers, community connectors, if you can get people talking about the Archive, you can earn from it.
